even though we really love our customer, but you still have to follow our guidelines and buying ethics.

1. Every item in our shopblog is pre-order (none of our items are ready stock unless it is stated in the description) which will usually arrive at your doorstep two weeks or less after payment has been made.

2. Kindly contact us if you want to buy in wholesale. You will be given wholesale price. Minimum quantity for wholesale is 12 per item. shoes will be 6 pairs per item. Not all items are available for wholesale so please refer to us first if you want to buy in wholesale.

3. No reservation. Our purchasing rule is simple, you can fill up the order form then we will wait for your payment. You MUST inform us after payment has been made then we will post/ship your order immediately. Your order will always available until the item is out of stock. You pay, we post. You don't pay we won't post. As easy as that. No booking. No reserve. So make sure you pay before your 'gorgeous darling' goes out of stock.

4. Out of stock item will be listed out of stock for certain period then we will remove the post.

5. Free postage all over Malaysia. For international postage rates are different, therefore we will give international shipping rates in your email.

6. We only deal with SERIOUS BUYER. Backouts without notice will be banned! Do inform us if you want to cancel your reservations and orders. We are considerable.

7. Your posting track number will be given in your email.

8. Please inform us after payments have been made, we will post/ship your orders immediately after we receive your payments.

9. Discount will be given for return customer and purchase above RM 150.
